What is the lead time on my cable?

The lead time depends on the Sale you joined. Most of the time we ship our cables a couple of months before the keycap set ships to you.

Are your cables really handmade?

Yes! All of the work that goes into producing the cables is handmade and it takes around 2 days intotal to produce 1 cable.

Why is shipping so expensive?

It was a hard decision for us to move to a more reliable shipping solution. We want our customers to feel safe about the shipment we send them. That is why all our packages are insured and are tracked.


We also offer more premium options for those who can't wait on shipping times! If you wish to go for a faster method send us an email before or after your purchase.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We mostly use PostNL. Some people prefer a faster shipping method so we also offer UPS, DHL and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you have warranty on your products?

Every ZeusWorks cable is handcrafted with love and passion. Our focus is quality, so for that reason we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If you take care of your cable it will go way beyond 1 year.

Our cables are built to last, if your cable is defective due to materials or workmanship, please return if for repair. Your cable will be repaired at no charge, including parts and labor. If repair is not possible, your cable will be replaced with the same or a comparable model.
